HOURLY

Vacation Pay – Based on a 40 hour per week Hourly position:

  • After 1 year – 2 Weeks
  • After 5 years – 3 weeks
  • After 10 years – 4 weeks

SALARIED

Vacation Pay – Salaried Employees

  • At Hire – 3 weeks
  • After 5 years – 4 weeks

HOLIDAY

Recognized Holidays

  • New Year’s Day
  • Thanksgiving
  • Memorial Day
  • Christmas
  • Fourth of July
  • Labor Day

Staff Working these days may receive a full meal at no charge.

Staff will also receive a meal on Easter.

FAMILY & SICK LEAVE

Sick Leave – 10 Days per year to a maximum cap of 36 days accrued at a given time.

Funeral Leave – Up to 3 days for immediate family plus Parent-In-Laws, Grandparent or Grandchild.
